Frequently Asked Gifting Questions...

Do you send directly to someone else if I place the order?

Of course yes! Just make sure to enter the recipients address in the shipping address and keep your own details in the billing section.

All of our gift boxes come with a gift tag, where you can add a message for us to hand write for you!

Make sure to write 'To' and 'From' on it too (unless it's to be a surprise)!

How are the gift boxes packed?

All of our gift boxes are neatly packed with your lovely products and decorative eco-friendly paper shred filling, to keep everything secure.

We usually try to include some colour matching paper confetti for that special touch!

At the top of each box we will include a Brighter Days Info card, plus your gift tag.

Are there any receipts or invoices in the package?

No, we don't include any paper receipts or invoices in your package, so for gifts, this means there will be nothing to show the price or the purchasers details.

All order confirmations will be in email.

Can I gift a single item?

Our individual items do not include the free gifting option, however, you can still select to send to any address - they just won't know who sent it (what a lovely surprise!)

Our single items are not in gift boxes - they will be in regular post packaging.

Can I choose my own items for a gift box?

We currently don't offer a 'Build Your Own Gift Box' option. We are working really hard on this behind the scenes and hope to someday have this option.

However, if you would like to combine a range of our items for a large gift box, please feel free to email us and we can see what we can do.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

We currently cannot ship to multiple addresses in the one order, however if you are looking to send gift sets to 10+ people, please get in touch with us via email and we can see what we can do for you.

Do you have various sized gift bags?

We currently only have one size gift bag, which is 20cm x 20cm x 10cm.

This bag fits either:
